Wanted front a rear dash cam set with really good reviews that wouldn’t break the bank. I purchased two sets one for each car along with ‘hardwire’ kits. Bought a 128 sd card separately from elsewhere (8 quid!). The hardwire kit converts the who set up into literally’ plug & play not complicated at all, absolute game changer. Toughest job was fixing camera mount onto poco dot section of windscreen (bought adhesive disc from elsewhere). Highly recommend camera set and hardwire kit from apeman. So pleased with the project costing £102 per car all in including extras to complete the project. Oh and recordings are so clear with sound, turns on and off with car. Decent!
Very easy to fit as cable is flat and just plug into OBD port. Usually you have to piggyback onto a fuse in the fuse box
Had front & rear dashcams hard wired to car. No problems reported by auto electrician.
