Picture Formats: JPEG GIF BMP;

Those formats can't be read by the player: HD / Bluray / MP4 / 5.1 Dolby sound. Furthermore, Udisk or SD card will not be able to read when the file is over 16GB.
The resolution of the video should not be over 720*480/576, otherwise the player will also can't read it.
Suggest you could use the Format Format to convert the resolution at first.

Please believe that the most similar players in the market also can't support those.

3. Picture Quality
The resolution of the player is 480P. The brightness of the screen is adjustable by SETUP button. And just feel free to let us know if you found any issues with your screen.

Player has great sound quality. The volume can be adjusted to 20. One of the most likely reasons why the sound is too small is the problem with the disc.
So it is recommended to try other discs.

5. Charge
Wall charger and car charger allow you to charge the player at your house and your car travel time. Please charge the player if you find it can't be turned on.
If the player still can't work even though it is full of charge, just feel free to let us know and we'll send you a software app to update the player, then the item may become to normal again.

   Those formats CAN NOT be read by the player: HD/Blu-ray /MP4 /Dolby sound.
   Frankly speaking, those incompatible formats are also present in other similar competitive products. Besides, U-disk or SD card will not be able to read when the file in it is over 16GB or the resolution is over 720*480/576. The Format Factory is recommended to convert the file format or resolution first.
   
   
3. Picture Quality
   The player is customized with a 720P resolution. The brightness of the screen is adjustable by gently press the SETUP button.
   
   
4. Sound Quality
   It is equipped with clear dual sound system. Loud enough for you to enjoy audiovisual experience. In addition, the volume will be affected by the disc itself.
   
   
5. Charger
   Both car charger and wall charger are in our accessory bag. Make sure the portable DVD player has enough power before each use. Furthermore, you may need a software to upgrade the player if the machine doesn't work.
