Two Remove
First, please remove the protector via the green tab on the screen. Second, before inserting a disc, please make sure that the card which is inside the player is removed.

Format File Support
- Disc formats: CD, DVD, DVD + R / -R, DVD + RW /-RW, VCD, SVCD, CD-R/RW;
- Video formats: VOB, AVI, FLV , SWF, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, XVID;
- Audio Formats: MP3, WMA;
- Picture Formats: JPEG GIF BMP;
- Game Format: NES;
- Text Format: TXT.
Those formats CAN NOT be read by the player: HD/Blu-ray /MP4 /Dolby sound.
Frankly speaking, those incompatible formats are also present in other similar competitive products. Besides, U-disk or SD card will not be able to read when the file in it is over 16GB or the resolution is over 720*480/576. The Format Factory is recommended to convert the file format or resolution first.

Picture Quality
